When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:20 pm at the latest as we will start the ceremony at 3:30 sharp.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation indicates how many seats you will have, many people will have plus one’s addressed. Please stick to the exact count you were given. Due to limitations we are trying to keep this to a specific number of guests. We will plan a big party the next year where we will invite everyone we can at that time.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please indicate that on your rsvp. If you do not indicate your allegory or food restriction ahead of time, we may not be able to accommodate you during the event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is parking in front of all of the hotel rooms or cabins. There is also parking in front of the main lodge. If you park in front of the main lodge, you will walk to the ceremony space, but we will end at the main lodge for the reception.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, We are having a golf tournament Thursday, October 14th. Please make sure to reserve your rooms for Thursday if you would like to participate.

Do we have to rsvp for the golf tournament.

Yes, please do so we know how many teams we will have.

What time can we check in?

Answer

It was indicated to us that check in is at 4:30 pm and may be available earlier. If coming to Hills on Saturday, I recommend requesting an early check in as the ceremony starts at 3:30 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we are asking for an adult only wedding please.
