What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:00pm and no later than 4:25pm as the ceremony will begin prompt at 4:30 pm.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors. As we get married in late October, please be mindful that there might be a chill in the air.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to celebrate this day with you all in formal attire. Men can wear suits and women could wear longer dresses or a pantsuit.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Shuttle transportation will be available on Saturday, October 24th, to and from Hotel Zero Degrees and the venue. Specific shuttle times will be shared as the date approaches.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there's a parking lot on-site.

How do I RSVP?

Formal invitations will arrive at your home in late summer. We kindly ask that you RSVP by mailing back the enclosed response card.

Please RSVP by September 15th in order to ensure we have a proper headcount for our vendors.

While we love your kids, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements to accommodate this.

We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation are to attend, as we’re unable to accommodate additional guests.
