It’s happening!

We've known each other since college. We became closer once I became a student at ISU. Played munchkin card games with friends, hung out playing video games at each others' apartments, and one of us drove the other to work regularly. We always enjoyed each other's company as friends.

At the beginning of 2015, Andrew wanted to come visit me while I lived in Korea. We made plans and I organized a full week of activities to get the most out of his trip. He arrived July 2015. I picked him up at the airport and showed him the party life in Seoul. We then went down to my town in Gyeongju to experience the historical side of Korea. At the end of the trip, we spent our time in Busan, a coastal city. We spent the day at the beach, enjoyed a steak dinner with a view of the coast, and then sang in a private karaoke room before heading back to the hotel. We like to think of that day as one of our first dates and when we started to have feelings for each other. That date was July 30th, 2015 which is when we are planning to get officially married.

In February 2018, Andrew posted for someone to join him in attending the Bloomington Beer and Bacon festival. Jessica, the vegan, responded and said she would come down for the weekend. Obviously, Jessica was not coming down for the bacon she could not eat. It turns out neither ordered tickets anyway and it was sold out. They ended up going to Binny's to pick out their own beer samples and went back to Andrew's house for beer and video games. The next day while watching Game of Thrones, Jessica confronted Andrew about them becoming a couple. It was agreed to become exclusive February 18th, 2018.
