Question

Different Locations?!

Answer

Yes, our special day will be taking place at two different locations. The park gave us a nice place for our ceremony, but didn't allow us to party like we wanted to. If having to go to locations sounds too difficult, or if the accessibility of the park is problem then please join us for the reception at Spark Social. Please RSVP to reflect that choice.

Parking

Answer

Taking a ride share to the ceremony is the preferred method of transportation to our ceremony. Parking near the ceremony location is difficult. Street parking near the ceremony may be available on first come first serve. There is a big parking garage at 1610 Geary Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94115 at the Japan Center .5 miles away. If you have mobility issues please be dropped off and walk in while someone else handles parking. Uber and Lyft codes are provided on our travel section. San Francisco has a lot of ride share availability. You can use Uber, Lyft, and even the self driving Waymo's! Parking Information: There’s plenty of convenient parking in the Mission Bay area, including metered street parking and the following nearby lots: Giants Lots A and C UCSF Lots off Mission Bay Blvd N and 3rd Street For a stress-free experience, we highly recommend checking SpotHero on the day of your event to find available parking in real time. Transit & Rideshare Options: We love supporting sustainable choices and encourage guests to use public transit or rideshare for a smooth arrival. Here are a few great options: Option 1: Muni Bus 22 to 4th St. & Mission Bay Blvd North — right outside the park! Option 2: Muni Line T to the Mission Rock stop — just a 2-minute walk to SPARK. Option 3: Muni Line N to the Caltrain stop — about a 10-minute walk to SPARK. Option 4: Caltrain to 4th & King — also a short 10-minute walk.

Can I bring a date?

If you are offered a plus one we have included them in your RSVP or they are addressed on your invite directly.

Can kids come?

Answer

We ask that kids do not attend this event as we are already pushing the limits of our guest list. We are limited on space at our ceremony venue. So we ask that unless it is stated to please not bring children.

Are there food options for multiple diets?

Answer

Yes the food trucks will have vegan and vegetarian options as well as options for meat-lovers.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from phone use during the ceremony to allow our photographer to get the best photos without any distractions. Feel free to take photos after the ceremony.

What is the weather like?

Answer

The average weather in the area for the date is a high of 71 and a low of 56. We are hoping to have a lovely day, but we recommend you have a warm layer with you!

Bar Situation?

Answer

We have rented a pop up bar in our section to cater only to us. We will be providing a set amount of beer and wine to our guest. After the limit is reached then please feel free to purchase your own alcohol. There is an additional bar at the center of the park that will have an expanded menu, however, it is not affiliated with our event.

City Happenings

Answer

San Francisco might be busy around our reception site. The Chase center has an event going on so the area around our reception could be busy. Portola Fest is also happening two miles away as well. Ride share could be your best bet.
