Dunedin is a nice area with a really cute Main Street. You can walk (or bike) down the street and do some shopping. There are a lot of local artists, a Celtic store, places to eat, and a farmers market on Sunday with local street food vendors.
Honeymoon Island State Park
Honeymoon Island is a great beach right in Dunedin. Perfect for a relaxing picnic day, or to bring a fishing pole and do some in-shore fishing!
Frog Pond
Amazing breakfast spot. 20 minutes from the venue hotel and along the way Johns Pass. Home to 6 egg omelettes including Andrew's favorite the Key West Omelette
John's Pass
Shops, Beaches, Fishing, Dolphins Tours, Boat/Jetski Rentals, Restaurants. This place has it all and is similar to a Jersey Boardwalk.

One of our favorite places to go on the weekend! They have some great comedians come through here. This is also a really busy night life area on the weekends if you want to get a drink beforehand or after.
Venice Beach Shark Tooth Hunting
This beach is on a fossil bed. You can pick up shark teeth along the beach to take home with you. There is also a nice pier and a restaurant that usually has live music and an outdoor bar area.
