Matron of Honor
The bride’s sister. She keeps Hillary in line and focused, she likes to get stuff done and Hillary can count on her. She's also fun. The family gatherings are never dull to say the least with these two.....
Matron of Honor
The Bride's best friend. Hillary and Megan quickly became besties when they realized they both love Hanson and could make each other laugh. For hours. Seriously.
Bridesmaid
One of Hillary's close friends. This friendship goes way back to elementary school, where they used to play "dream phone" and watch "Dumb and Dumber" on repeat. Oh yeah, they also saw the Spice Girls in concert, no big deal.
Bridesmaid
One of the bride's close friends, the newly wed Venee (Hillary had the pleasure of being a bridesmaid in her wedding this past May) and Hillary enjoy spending time together, sipping tea and talking about the arts and all things aesthetically pleasing.
Bridesmaid
Andrew's older sister. Julia and Hillary hit it off right away. She's outgoing and fun to be around. Not to mention she's awesome at boardgames and will prob beat you if challenged.
Bridesmaid
Andrew's younger sister. Caroline is totally cool and Hillary likes to live vicariously through Caroline's many adventures from studying abroad in Thailand to backpacking through Europe. Hillary is excited to gain a younger sister in Caroline.
Best Man
Andrew and his dad go way way back. I mean way back to the womb. Although Andrew would have preferred to stay in that warm place and insisted on putting his mother through an extended labor, his dad’s motivational talks finally coached Andrew out of the belly. Andrew’s dad continued to encourage Andrew to do the hard thing throughout his youth, contributing to the tough dude he is today.
Groomsman
Ol’ Uncle Mcilquham has been around since Andrew’s high school graduation. Their relationship quickly developed after Andrew graduated from N.C. State and moved back to the triad to “sling the springs” alongside Mr. Mcilquham at Matt Firm for a couple of years. Though sister Julia was initially mortified by their burgeoning bromance, she now accepts it as all in the family.
Groomsman
E.J. and Andrew go all the way back to elementary school. They have spent their years of friendship in hazy debates of politics and existentialism. Their first debate can be traced back to the sixth-grade lunch table where they hashed out the merits of laser tag versus paint ball.
Groomsman
Brock and Andrew met circa 2011 while spending time at a punk rock house on the legendary Cedar Street in Greensboro. While initially put off by the other’s hipster appearance, after a few beers and shot at Westerwood Tavern, they realized their love for a wild night and the weird side of life far outweighed the first impression.
Groomsman
Andrew and Faisol met in 2012 at the UNCG staple, College Hill Sundries. They quickly hit it off at the pool table where Faisol proved he was a shark by soundly schooling Andrew time and again. But a deal was struck where Faisol agreed to take Andrew under his wing at the pool table in exchange for Andrew’s misguided advice about American culture. Bad deal!
Groomsman
Andrew met Ned through Faisol around 2013 and everything finally came full circle. With Ned’s striking authenticity, Ned and Andrew became fast friends when Ned decided to join this degenerate boy party. They continue their friendship and mutual love for western wear to date.
Groomsman
Andrew and Marshall are second cousins and grew up playing “worlds” which was an imaginary crossover reality where all of their action figures from He-Man to Ninja Turtles co-existed. Speaking of Ninja Turtles, Marshall and Andrew also bombed their first talent show together attempting to sing and air guitar the theme to the Ninja Turtles TV show.
Groomsman
Andrew and Jordan have been buds since high school, though most of their bonding occurred as arch-rivals when Andrew attended N.C. State while Jordan attended that other school down the road in Chapel Hill. They spent weekends alternating between a Franklin Street bar crawl or at a Raleigh apartment party. Good times were had by all.
