Our wedding is at the all inclusive Barcelo Maya Palace resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico. We have been here twice before and have fallen in love with it. The closest airport is Cancun which is about an hour north. There are two ways to book. We recommended booking the flights + resort stay as a package through Expedia. We have found that this is the easiest, and cheapest way. The other option is booking your flights and resort stay individually. We have attached the links to the Expedia page and the Resort website below. In terms of getting from the airport to the resort and vice versa, Andrew is keeping track of when every flight arrives/leaves and closer to the time he will give the resort all the information and they will arrange shuttles to take you directly to the resort/airport. There will be a cost for the shuttle at the time of the ride depending on how many others are in the shuttle with you. You are free to find your own transportation but we recommend doing it through the resort. If you have any questions at all, please call or text Andrew as he is organizing all of the travel details for everyone. Also, when you are booked, please send him your flight information as he is coordinating everything with the resort.
