Question

Are you requiring Covid-19 vaccinations and boosters to attend?

Answer

4/25/22 Update: San Francisco and the surrounding areas have removed their proof-of-vaccination requirements to enter restaurants and bars. Universal masking is also no longer required. Welcome Reception: No proof of vaccination or masking is required to attend. There are both indoor and outdoor locations adjacent to one another at the event. Wedding: The ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner portions of the evening will be outside, while dancing will take place indoors. We will not require vaccination or masks for our ceremony or reception.

Question

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We will have a shuttle to and from the Stanford Court in San Francisco only. A shuttle will be provided from the Stanford Court hotel in San Francisco to the wedding location in Ross, CA. It will be approximately a 30-40 minute ride. There will be two separate 60 person coach buses that will leave PROMPTLY at 3pm. There is no assigned seating, so please take whichever bus you wish. Please note that this is the ONLY shuttle leaving for the venue, so please do not miss it! The buses will be parked on either side of the main entrance to the Stanford Court on California Street, and will have a "Trivella Wedding" sign in the window/door. The bus company is "United Coach Tours" and the buses will be labeled as such. Shuttles will additionally be provided from the venue back to San Francisco at the conclusion of the reception. The buses will leave the main parking lot of the venue no later than 10:30pm, so please make your way to the shuttle at the conclusion of the dancing!

Question

When should I reserve my accommodations?

Answer

We recommend reserving your lodging early to take advantage of the room block we have reserved at the Stanford Court hotel in Nob Hill. This is the hotel that we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding location site. Please see our Travel page for information on our hotel block and travel information.

Question

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY / RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the Marin Art & Garden Center!

Question

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Answer

Cocktail attire. The ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner portions of the evening will all be outside on both grass and gravel. Please wear comfortable footwear! May in Marin is beautiful but can become chilly as the evening comes on, so like most of Northern California, layers are encouraged!

Question

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Answer

Yes! Let one of us know and we will do our best to work with our caterer to accommodate your dietary restrictions.

Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:00pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Question

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

While we love all your little ones, we are keeping our young guests at our ceremony and reception limited to our immediate family. We hope this is an opportunity for you to relax and celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

At this time, unless your invitation is made out to your partner or "and guest", we ask that you do not bring a date. We are working to ensure our closest family and friends can attend first as well as ensure venue capacity limits. Thank you for understanding.
