On June 24, 2023 it was love at first sight 🥰 Andrew came to Miami to visit his sister, Hope, and brother-in-law, Chris, who had welcomed baby Zion. During that time, Hope hosted a game night with a few friends from church, including Erlin. That evening, Andrew ⛰️ met Erlin 🌊, and they instantly connected over shared interests. Though it was just one night, their spark lingered. Their story began in January of the following year, when Erlin planned a ski trip to Colorado with friends. Hope shared Andrew's number with Erlin, who couldn’t help but be curious about this mountain man who had captured her interest. Although it didn't work to spend time together during Erlin's initial trip to Colorado, Andrew knew he wanted to see her again. March rolled around, and Andrew reached out. They began talking about when Erlin might return to Colorado. Erlin, driven by the spark she felt, convinced her brother, Charlie, to join her on a trip back to Colorado. Over two unforgettable days of skiing, Andrew asked Erlin about her life in Miami and whether there was anyone special in her life. Erlin’s answer was clear: no one in Florida could compare. Andrew sensed his opportunity and asked Erlin on a date, visiting Florida two weeks later to take her on their first date. From that moment, they knew something special was unfolding.
