It all started in March 2023, somewhere between safety demos and emergency evacuation drills. We met during a flight attendant training program and quickly realized we shared a love for mischief, silliness, and not taking life for granted. After training, Andrew moved to Atlanta—and not long after, Emme "coincidentally" put in a transfer as well. While she told everyone it was for work, the truth was simpler: she knew he was the one. And she knew she was ready to follow him anywhere. In early 2024, Andrew decided to hang up his wings and return to school to finish his degree in Industrial Engineering at Georgia Tech (Go Jackets!), and graduated in December 2025. Around the same time, Emme and her sweet cat, Lady, moved in with him. They started out in Marietta before settling into a small, cozy apartment in Atlanta that’s full of love and probably too much cat fur. That summer, Andrew made a very serious offer: "We can get another cat… but I get to name it." And just like that, Josh Allen—the goofiest yet sweetest orange cat—joined the family. In May of 2025, while visiting Emme’s family in St. Augustine, they all took a walk to a local restaurant named Aunt Kate’s to watch the sunset on the dock. It was there that Andrew got down on one knee and proposed. As Emme said “yes!” she realized one of her closest friends Madisen had been hiding nearby with a camera to capture the moment. And because Andrew knows Emme well, he didn’t stop there—Madisen, her (at the time) fiancé Sebastian, and a whole group of Emme’s hometown friends were waiting downtown to celebrate with drinks, hugs, and happy tears. From there, the wedding planning began—with plenty of help (and opinions) from our amazing family and friends. At the beginning of 2025, Emme switched airlines, and in June we made a big move to Charlotte… and yes, we adopted yet another cat—Francesca, the baby of the bunch. Our little family of five is so incredibly grateful for every twist, turn, and moment that brought us to this point. We can’t wait to celebrate our love with all of you—our favorite people in the world.
