We have an indoor ceremony option located nearby. There will be event staff to give you the address upon arrival to the venue.

Yes, there is a golf cart we can use to get to the ceremony seating area and there is a ramp to get into the reception area.
Ideally no, all the food and alcohol will be provided/served by insured vendors. The bartender did say it was okay to bring alcohol in moderation, but they need to serve it.
The reception area is climate controlled, but not the ceremony since we are planning to have it outdoors.
