We met at a speed dating event and did not think much of it. It was serendipity. We stayed after the event and even smiled /laughed through the follow-up comedy show. Our talks were effortless, positive and just flowed. We dated intentionally while respecting each others wishes every week thereafter. We both have military background and so many parallels in our history that lined up perfectly. We both believe in God and will forever keep him in the center of our lives. That is pretty much when we both thought. Ok, this has never happened to either of us in our lifetime. Yes, this is something very special that could lead us to our forever.... and oh boy were we right!
