As we’ll be celebrating in mid-November, we recommend cocktail attire that’s stylish yet comfortable for cooler weather. All events will be indoors, though the venue features a beautiful outdoor waterfall—be sure to step outside and take a peek!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so please plan to arrive a little early—around 5:00 PM—to allow time for seating and to settle in before we begin. We’re excited to share this moment with you, so don’t miss a minute of the celebration!
There will be shuttle service to and from the hotels listed within the "Travel" section of this website (Hyatt House, Hilton Garden Inn, and Courtyard Fishkill). Shuttles will pick up from the Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard Fishkill at 4:30PM (one bus at each hotel). Both busses will then proceed to stop at the Hyatt House at approximately 4:50PM. Drop-off at The Roundhouse will be approximately 5:15PM. The shuttles will be making four return trips to the hotels. They will pick up guests from The Roundhouse at 10PM, 11PM, 12AM, and 1AM before proceeding to each of the three hotels. This will also be parking available for guests at The Roundhouse. Uber / Lyft and taxi services are available as well.
Yes! There is ample parking available at The Roundhouse, where all day-of wedding events will take play. You’ll have no trouble finding a spot, and we’ve made sure there’s plenty of space for everyone. We can’t wait to see you there!
As much as we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our celebration an adults-only event. We hope this allows all our guests to fully relax and enjoy the day! We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
