Formal long dresses and suits are acceptable, as well as dressy jumpsuits. We politely ask you avoid shades of light purple and light green as those are reserved for the Wedding Party.
We love that you would like to bring a guest to enjoy the day with you! Unfortunately, we are only able to accomodate those with guests specifically indicated on their Save The Date/Invitation. Thank you for understanding!
We love all the little ones in our life! Unfortunately, we ask that you leave them at home for the evening and enjoy a parents-night-out! Specific exceptions will be made for the children in the Wedding Party.

Please see the "Travel" tab on the website for reccomendations of airports and hotels that are convenient to our venue. Please note while there is another hotel on site (The Grand at BVI) that is fair game, no guests are permitted to stay at The Bedford Village Inn.
