Question

1. What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The doors open at 4:30, but we recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings. The ceremony will begin at 5 pm sharp.

2. What if I'm late for the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not let anyone into the ceremony area after it begins. If you arrive late you will be directed to the cocktail area.

3. What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire: Not overly formal it is encouraged to be dressed a step above casual. For women, an above-the-knee hem (or any length above floor length) is appropriate. For men, they can wear a suit (tie optional) or sports jacket and dress shirt. ****** Our color scheme is pinks and blues. ****** Although we would like to see everyone in this color scheme it is not necessary. Please refrain from wearing white dresses or white sports coats. **Wedding Party will wear Pastel Pink dresses and Cobalt blue suits.**

4. Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors while the Cocktail hour will be outside in a grassy area next to the venue. The reception will be indoors.

5. Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only, please!!

6. What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll serve light-passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style dinner. There will be mixed drinks, white & red wine, and beer—late dinner at 11:30 pm.

7. I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

8. Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. However, you may bring cash to tip your servers.

9. Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Yes! This will be a partially unplugged ceremony, we encourage photos and videos to be taken but please have your flash and ringtones off. To leave room for the professional photographers, guests seated on the aisle will be asked to not use their phones. We'd love for you to share your videos and photos on social media with either hashtag #LuqueAdkinswedding or #DrewandClaydowntheaisle. However, we did hire a professional photographer and a videographer, so please use your best discretion to not interrupt the ceremony.

10. What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Via this website on the RSVP tab. Once formal invitations are sent, the tab will open.

11. When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP Deadline will be 15 August 2025. Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP, we can not have you attend for the reason that we had to turn in the final numbers of guests, which impacts the quantities of food and beverage that are supplied for the event as well as the number of actual seats provided at both the ceremony and reception. We hope we can celebrate with you at a later time!

13. Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

If you were thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, a gift of cash towards our honeymoon would make our day! If however, it's a gift you find, please be assured we will not mind! 15. When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

The reception has no particular end time since we chose a venue that has no noise ordinance. As long as we are having fun the party will continue. The last call for alcohol will be at 11:30pm. After-party might be at a local gay bar Maybe LOL.

17. What if the special rate blocked rooms at Homewood suites and Courtyard have run out?

Answer

Please let Kye.Lyles@EngagedSourcing.com or Jessica@EngagedSourcing.com know that you want to get the special rate but blocked rooms have all been booked. They are great and have helped us with the room blocks.

Answer

There is a lot of parking surrounding the venue and no parking fee.
