Andrew and I met by chance in a basement of my childhood best friend's boyfriend at time (the same home his little sister still lives in, if you ever want to understand his family tree; please book 12 hours with me). Andrew was being Andrew, and I said to him "You are such a mess" to which he responded, "I guess you're going to have to clean me up then." And now we are going to celebrate ten years of me cleaning him up ;)

I just recently found out that over the past nine years of being parents, Andrew intentionally never turned on the movie Nemo for our children. Apparently when I was a teenager, I told him that the movie made me extremely sad (it is sad!). He played it for Louelle when I wasn't home and of course it's her favorite movie now (which sparked the conversation). Andrew's consistent consideration over the past decade has really kept our relationship "afloat."
