Best Man
Joadel is not only my best man but, a best friend, a great human being, but also my brother. Living in Maine was tough because I never felt like I can relate to anyone; however, Joadel is someone I relate to very much. From personality, to mindset, to drive. We’ve got a friendship like no other and it’s that friendship/family connection where we hold each other to a high standard and respect each other. I love and trust him very much.
Maid of Honor
Kristen is not only my cousin but also someone who has always felt like another sibling to me. She is hilarious, compassionate, and truly an amazing human being. Over the years, we’ve shared so many incredible memories together—from family vacations and concerts to working side-by-side at Ken’s Restaurant, and even the little everyday moments that always seemed to turn into laughs and stories we’ll never forget. As time has gone on, our bond has only grown stronger, and I’m so grateful for the closeness we share and the way she’s always been there for me through everything. Having her as my Maid of Honor means the world to me, and I couldn’t imagine celebrating this day without her by my side, supporting me, laughing with me, and sharing in every special moment.
Groomsman
Anthony (Twan) is someone that I met online three years ago playing video games. We started building a rapport through common interest such as gaming, music, style, and more. The more we played, the more we grew to appreciate each other’s presence. Apart from gaming, we’d video chat and talk about family dynamics, adventures whether they were past or upcoming, and I even introduced him to Ciara. He and her get along very well, and also share common interests. The day I sat down to create my party, I already knew he was going to be a part of it. Fun Fact: it’ll be the first time we meet face-to-face.
Bridesmaid
Amelia and I have been friends since our early elementary school days, and she’s been a special part of my life ever since. From silly moments that leave us laughing for hours to quiet times when she’s been my steady support, she has a way of making life brighter just by being herself. Her humor lifts me up, but it’s her generosity and loyalty that leave the biggest mark. She’s the friend who shows up without hesitation, offering her heart, her time, and her unwavering care in every moment. I’m so lucky to have her in my life and by my side on this special day.
Groomsman
I met James when Ciara and I first started hanging out. We were at the drive-in movie theater and ran into him when trying to find a spot. Him and I got to talking and I told myself “man this kid is smart. I know he’s definitely going to make it someday.” I always found it interesting when he spoke to me about electronics and electrical engineering. Moreover, his passion for it and projects. We’ve bonded over similar interest, games, sports, and more. Meeting Ciara’s family has opened a great deal of opportunities and adventures for me, and I’m glad James has been there because he’s taught me a lot. A brother-in-law that I will definitely love to share this experience with.
Bridesmaid
Over the past few years, I’ve had the joy of getting to know Angela, my soon-to-be sister-in-law, and our friendship has only grown stronger. From the very beginning, she has felt like a natural part of the family, bringing her kindness, humor, and thoughtfulness into every moment. Angela has a wonderful sense of humor, a compassionate heart, and a genuine willingness to support the people she loves, no matter what. I feel so lucky to have her in my life and so happy she will be sharing in this special day with me.
