FAQ's

The Wedding Website of Andrew Ecker and Christina Spadafora
In order to help make the couple's special day run smoothly, please read the below information and ask any other questions you may have.
Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

As a way to keep everything in order for the beautiful couple's wedding planning, they ask that you respond promptly by March 22nd, 2023. This will ensure the couple reserves a seat and meal for you at the wedding reception. The couple’s vendors need a final head count for planning accordingly.

Question

Will parking be provided?

Answer

Parking for guests will be provided both at the church and the venue. Guests must move their car at the end of the reception.

Question

Do guests have to stay in the same location as the bride and groom?

Answer

Of course not! There are plenty of hotels and other accommodations to stay within Frederick if you so choose. The bride and groom will be blocking off hotel rooms for guests to use. See Travel for details.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The couple asks that everyone dress in a semi-formal/formal manner. They also request that you not wear blush, or white, for the wedding day.

Question

What is an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

An unplugged ceremony is one where attendants do not use their cell phones during the ceremony. Our photographers are there to capture this moment in its truest form. Christina and Andrew ask that all ceremony attendees PLEASE do not use their devices to capture pictures during the ceremony. This is especially important because the ceremony will be a full Catholic Mass in the church, and it is respectful in God's house to not use these devices. We will share our photos with you once released to us.

Question

When can guests arrive to the church?

Answer

All guests should plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the 2pm mass time, so that Fr. Zachary is able to start on time. The bride and groom only have the church reserved for a short amount of time and will need the ceremony to begin promptly at 2pm.

Question

Can I invite an additional wedding guest?

Answer

The bride and groom ask that only those who have been invited respond to the RSVP. If you wish to invite an additional guest, please reach out to Christina or Andrew. They are willing to hear your reasoning and can discuss this decision with you.

Question

Can my little ones tag along to the wedding?

Answer

While we love everyone's little ones, please use this day as a much needed date night. We want everyone to enjoy themselves. Please make arrangements for child care as we would like to celebrate our special day with each of you.
