If you are from out of town and only go to one place, go here. It has restaurants, bars, shopping, rides, a movie theater, Ripley's Aquarium, mini golf, Wonderworks, and fireworks. We like to eat at Key West Grill and play at Dave & Busters.
A little more low-key than Broadway at the Beach, but also offers bars, restaurants (including River City Cafe, where Christin used to work), Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre. We like to eat at Flying Fish and look for alligators at Bully's.
Our favorite for mini golf in Myrtle Beach. We have had several very competitive dates here.
If you're in the Boardwalk area, we recommend food/drinks at: 2nd Avenue Pier, ART Burger/Sushi Bar, The Chemist, and Riptydz.
Myrtle Beach is golfer's paradise.
Drive about 30 minutes north to Sunset Beach, NC and take a long walk down the beach to the Kindred Spirit Mailbox where you can read secrets left by strangers and leave your own message.
