When and where is the wedding?

Our ceremony will take place on August 8th, 2026, at The Gathering Barn in Kingston, Ohio.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30 and would like guests to start arriving at 3:00 to ensure there is enough time to find a seat!

What date do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP deadline will be June 13th to give us enough time to ensure we can give our caterers a proper headcount. RSVPs after that date will not be accepted and if we do not receive a response we will mark you as not being able to attend and will miss your presence.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is plently of parking at the venue in the gravel and it is marked, the entrance is bumpy and lower set cars may have trouble entering the lot.

What should I wear?

Answer

We want all our guests to feel and look their best! We only ask that no jeans or casual wear be worn. Think dresses, khakis, button ups or jumpsuits -any and all colors are acceptable (except white of course)!

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! we are catering food and will have an open bar from 4-9:30pm with options of non-alcoholic beverages as well.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We're having an unplugged ceremony, so please keep phones and cameras away until after the "I do's." After that, feel free to get as many pictures as you wish! We will also have two camcorders circling around the day to help capture our special day!

Yes! please share all your photos using #WoodSayIDo so we can relive the day through your eyes.

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we love all of our little family members we are asking kids not be present unless specifically okayed by the Bride and Groom. We want this to be a get away for adults to have fun and dance, the music will not be censored and we are there to party and have some drinks!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes "and guest," then yes. Otherwise, we are keeping our guest list intimate.
