Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Andrew Campanelli and Catherine Bauske
One of our favorite activities is showing people why we love New Orleans. There are too many great music venues, restaurants, parks, and bars for us to name all of our favorites so we've included a few our favorites below.

Frenchmen Street

Frenchmen Street, New Orleans, LA

This is the best location for live music and late night fun.

Pizza Delicious

617 Piety Street, New Orleans, LA 70117
, (504) 676-8482

The best pizza place in town

Crescent Park

Bacchanal Fine Wine & Spirits

600 Poland Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70117
, (504) 948-9111

Our favorite outdoor wine bar with a beautiful patio, great food, and live music.

Kayaking in Bayou St. John

Bayou St. John runs from the lake into mid city along City Park and is one of our favorite ways to enjoy New Orleans' natural beauty is renting Kayaks for a few hours.

Faubourg Wines

2805 Saint Claude Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70117

Euclid Records New Orleans

3301 Chartres Street, New Orleans, LA 70117
, (504) 947-4348

There's nothing like having a good relationship with your local record store owner. It's something we got to almost experience for a few years in the CD era before Napster came in and completely devalued the precious time and countless hours, not to mention energy and mental anguish it takes to....what happened?...Anyway, we now have a fantastic relationship with our local record store owner and they carry lots of New Orleans records that are hard to find anywhere else.

Saturn Bar

3067 Saint Claude Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70117
, (504) 949-7532

Alma Cafe

800 Louisa Street, New Orleans, LA 70117
, (504) 381-5877

One of our favorite places for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

Markey's Bar

640 Louisa Street, New Orleans, LA 70117
, (504) 943-0785

Cat lived two houses away from Markey's when we met, right near Pizza Delicious and the rainbow bridge which leads into Crescent Park.

Paladar 511

511 Marigny Street, New Orleans, LA 70117
, (504) 509-6782

We are so lucky to live in a neighborhood with restaurants like this.

Horn’s Eatery

1940 Dauphine Street, New Orleans, LA 70116
, (504) 459-4676

On our first new years day together we walked to Horn's for breakfast. The owner of Horn's sat us down and poured champagne for everyone in the restaurant because it was New Years Day and she was having a great time. This is a good place.
