*Feel free to arrive as early as 3:30pm. Seating will begin at 3:45pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Any late arrivals will not be admitted after ceremony begins. *Please consider Strip traffic and finding your way through the expansive Aria resort when planning your arrival. *Finding the Ironwood Terrace: -Enter through the second entrance (South entrance) in the circle where it says 'Taxi' -Look for the Sportsbook and take the escalators near the Sportsbook up to the 2nd Flr -On the 2nd Floor look for the entrance to the convention center just after Salt & Ivy restaurant -Take the escalator at the convention center up to Level 3 East

Take the shuttle provided from the ceremony or feel free to make your way over there on your own. Enter through the Noir & Platinum VIP Lounge to the left of the Concierge. Let them know you are attending the Levine/Garcia-Rivas Wedding and they will let you up to the Skylofts. Once on the 29th floor follow signs for the wedding in Loft 97.
