Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, we have rented a bus that will provide guests with a ride to and from the venue. Please provide the Bride and Groom information on where you plan on staying so we can provide the driver with travel accommodations/ timelines. Please note the driver will be prioritizing Zota rides and will only be traveling within accommodable locations (Sarasota, Longboat Key, Bradenton, etc.).

Where is the Wedding taking place?

Answer

We are having the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at the Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium. There is parking free of charge at the front of the building for those who would like to drive to the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi formal wear and we will be outside for the majority of the night. Please note that it may be cold in the evening so please bring a jacket if needed!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block set for Zota Beach Resort located on Long Boat Key, FL and is a short drive to the venue (this is where the couple to be is staying). Please note it is a requirement of 2 night stay for the discounted pricing- link for booking is located in the Accommodations and Travel page. There are plenty of options for accommodations around the Sarasota area if you do not wish to book at Zota. Please feel free to contact us for any questions or details 813-727-3068.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guest arrival starts at 4pm, the ceremony start time is 4:30 so please plan accordingly so you are seated before the procession starts.
