WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be held indoors. Please plan footwear accordingly.

IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?

Answer

Shuttle service will be available to and from the venue for guests staying at the Hampton Inn Bloomsburg. The shuttle will depart the Hampton Inn Bloomsburg at 3:00 PM and 3:50 PM for the venue. At the end of the evening, the shuttle will depart the venue at 10:00 PM and 10:50 PM to return to the hotel. Guests are also welcome to drive themselves. The Pump House Weddings & B&B offers free parking for all guests, and venue staff will be on site to assist with parking upon arrival. Please note that rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) can be limited in the area, so we recommend planning transportation in advance. For detailed timing, please visit the Schedule tab on our website. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we recommend arriving between 4:10–4:15 PM to allow time for parking or shuttle drop-off.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved room blocks for our guests at the Hampton Inn Bloomsburg (Friday and Saturday nights) and the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Bloomsburg (Saturday night). Please visit the “Hotel” tab on our website to book within the room blocks and receive the discounted rates. Additional nearby hotel options are also listed there. Since our wedding falls on Labor Day Weekend, rooms in the area are expected to fill quickly. We highly recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible.

CAN I BRING A DATE OR MY CHILD?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration (21+). We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? DO I NEED TO MAIL BACK MY RSVP OR CAN I DO IT ONLINE?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 31st. All RSVPs will be submitted online once formal invitations have been sent. We kindly ask that you respond by the deadline so we can finalize details with our vendors.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

Yes! We love seeing your photos and are happy for you to share them. We kindly ask that our ceremony be completely screen-free so our photographers can capture the moment and everyone can be fully present with us. Please keep phones tucked away during the ceremony. Once the reception begins, feel free to snap and share away!
