What is the requested attire for the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that everyone dress formal, but not black tie, meaning long dresses and dark suits with ties.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will both occur in the Regent Ballroom of the Elms Hotel and Spa. The cocktail hour will take place in the hotel lobby.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Complimentary self-parking is available at the hotel.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

While the ceremony begins at 5:00 pm, we recommend arriving around 4:30 pm. We are having a beautiful string trio play classical music as guests take their seats and during the ceremony.

What is the color scheme for the wedding?

Merlot and champagne colors.

What food and drink will be served?

Answer

An open bar is available the entire evening to all our guests. We are having a plated dinner during the reception, and you can send your dinner choice along with your RSVP. Dinner options will be displayed for you to choose from on your formal invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP to our wedding no later than December 13th, 2025. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
