Hotel

JW Marriott Indianapolis and Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis

We have a block at the JW Marriott Downtown Indianapolis and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis. These hotels are connected as part of the larger Marriott complex. The block has unlimited rooms, but the hotel will open 10 rooms at a time for each hotel. If you go to book and the block is full, please text Jodie Fisher (517-927-2403), Martha Mello (517-490-3819) or Callee (517-648-9250). We will get back to you when additional rooms have been released.

There are many hotel and AirBnb/rental options in downtown Indianapolis near the venue if you prefer not to stay in the Marriott hotel block.

Travel Note

Shuttle

A shuttle will be available to bring guests from the Fairfield Inn & Suites to Cyrus Place and from Cyrus Place back to the Fairfield Inn & Suites after the reception. Everyone is welcome to take the shuttle whether or not they are staying at the Fairfield. Shuttle pickup is at 4:20pm, and the shuttle will be available to bring guests back to the Fairfield at any time.
