WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

Andrew and Brittney met on the campus of California Lutheran University on April 28, 2015. Brittney was working for a company called Athletes to Business and Andrew was a Senior graduating from California Lutheran University. After five months of Brittney & Andrew working together to find him a job after college, he asked her out. Since then, they have traveled the world, learned new things, took up new hobbies, and created lasting memories.

Andrew & Brittney got engaged on August 13, 2017 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Andrew and Brittney traveled to Puerto Rico for summer vacation and to celebrate Brittney's 25th birthday. Although Brittney had hoped Andrew would propose on their trip, Brittney had told herself as well as her sister and best friend that it was not going to happen. But to her surprise, on the night of August 13, 2017 her birthday wish would come true. After a nice dinner and lounging in a hammock on the beach, Andrew tried to get Brittney in the right spot to propose. After two failed attempts, (only one of them being Brittney's fault) Andrew and Brittney finally settled in to their room close to midnight. As they walked into the room Brittney went straight to the bathroom to jump in the shower. As soon as she turned the shower on Andrew came running in and insisted they toast to the end of her birthday weekend. Although it seemed as if they toasted all weekend and as tired as she was, she couldn't say no to how sweet he had asked. He poured them a glass of champagne and they toasted on the balcony of their Ocean view suite. (Brittney still had no clue what Andrew was up to). Brittney stood over the balcony in silence taking the amazing views around her in. Andrew asked her what she was thinking about. She answered and said that she was analyzing the waves hitting the shoreline and the night life below them. He then said, "I have one more thing for you to analyze" and got down on one knee. Brittney backed into the corner of the balcony shocked and surprised. He asked, "Would you be my wife and spend the rest of your life with me?" Of course, she said "yes!"
