Welcome Party

Attire: Cocktail Attire. Think bright colors for the ladies, suites or sports jackets for men, no ties necessary. No shorts please!
Save room for dessert! We will be kicking off the Wedding Weekend with an after-dinner meet and greet with the bride and groom. We will be treating our guests to dessert and ice cream. There will be an assortment of treats and non alcoholic refreshments for our guests to enjoy. Alcoholic drinks will be available at the bar for purchase by card only, no cash. Don't forget to grab your Welcome Bag at this event! Flip flops will be available for the ladies wearing heels that would like to enjoy putting on Pinehurst's iconic Thistle Dhu!

Ceremony

Our wedding ceremony will take place at 3PM sharp, please begin taking your seats at 2:30PM. Transportation to our ceremony will be provided from the parking lot of The Carolina Hotel, Pinehurst Resort, beginning at 2:15PM, to The Village Chapel. Please utilize the parking lot at Pinehurst Resort to park your vehicles, then take the motorcoach bus to The Village Chapel as parking is not available at The Village Chapel. Following our ceremony, transportation to our reception at Pinehurst Resort will be provided as well.
Reception

Our Cocktail Hour will take place in the Cardinal Ballroom at Pinehurst Resort. Following Cocktail Hour, guests will transition to the Grand Ballroom for dinner.
