What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 6:30 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to enjoy a glass of champagne and find your seats.

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is only 20 minutes away.

How do I get to the venue by train?

Answer

The Madison is adjacent to NJ Transit’s Midtown Direct which transports guests to NYC in just under an hour. The Madison Hotel is across the street from "Convent Station" train station.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes. The hotel has a large parking lot where you can self-park for free.

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes. Please click the "Accommodations" tab at the top of our website for detailed instructions on how to book your room. Our discounted room block closes on June 23, 2025, so please be sure to book your stay before then.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

No. The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception are all conveniently taking place at the Madison Hotel.

Do I have to select my dinner option ahead of time?

Answer

No. Menus will be provided at each table and all selections will be made tableside. There will be appetizers served at the cocktail hour and a 5 Course Dinner will be served at the reception.
