FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please please please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to attend our wedding. We do have a guest count capacity at the venue. With that being said, if you cannot attend, we would love to have the opportunity to invite someone else as we are unable to host more than 200 people.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received an invitation with only your name on it, please reach out to us before inviting a plus one as we do have a strict guest limit. Unfortunately, not everyone will get a plus one.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available onsite and there will be a parking attendant present to help guide guests.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome as our immediate family children will be in attendance. However, this is an adult-focused celebration, and we would love for guests to enjoy a night off if possible! Please let us know if you do plan to bring your children so we can include them in our guest count.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

All we require is for people to dress up for our special day! This is a country style wedding, and we would love for you to break out your cowboy boots for the night!

Question

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

The colors of our wedding are a eucalyptus green mixed with neutral earth tones and a touch of gold.

Question

What type of food will you be serving?

Answer

We will be serving BBQ style food from Briley's BBQ in Seattle. Our menu will consist of pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac and cheese, Briley rice, cornbread and salad.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

There will not be dedicated transportation to the wedding venue, however, we have hired a shuttle service to be available to take guests home at set times throughout the night. It will be first come first serve and will be available at only $20 per seat! We want everyone to get home safely!
