At the start of the fall semester of 2022, God began writing a love story neither Ansley nor Andrew could have planned on their own. The two met in August, in a sociology class at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Ansley, outgoing and full of energy, couldn’t help but notice the guy who sat only a few seats behind her. Andrew on the other hand, easy going and reserved, never expected that God would place the love of his life right in front of him in an ordinary college classroom. At first, Andrew didn't know what to think of Ansley and kept his distance. But after some encouragement from a friend, he decided to give it a chance. What he didn’t know then was that God was already weaving their lives together in ways they couldn’t yet see. As their relationship grew, so did their love for one another. Andrew’s steady, kind heart made Ansley feel deeply loved, seen, and safe. While Ansley’s warmth and light brought Andrew what he needed, a love that was exciting and peaceful all at the same time. Through every conversation, every laugh, and every moment together, they began to realize their relationship was built on something far greater than chance. Since that fall semester, they have been inseparable. Growing not only in love with each other, but also in their faith together. Their story is a testament to the truth that God often writes the best stories when we least expect them, bringing two hearts together exactly when the time is right.
