Question

WHEN IS THE BIG DAY?

Answer

Our wedding day is Thursday, October 1st, 2026, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you! Ceremony: 4:00 PM. Reception: Ends at 10:00 PM. The venue offers plenty of parking, so arriving will be stress-free. For more details or answers to any questions, please visit the Schedule page on this website. We’re so excited to share this special day with you!

Question

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Answer

We’d love for you to RSVP as soon as possible so we can coordinate with our vendors and make everything perfect for you! The final deadline to RSVP is August 30th, so please let us know before then.

Question

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE WEDDING?

Answer

We’ll truly miss having you with us! If you’re unable to attend, please RSVP “No” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. If you’ve already RSVP’d “Yes” but something changes, kindly let Anna or Andrew know right away. Your thoughtfulness helps us make everything run smoothly—thank you!

Question

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

To keep our wedding intimate and special, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us create a meaningful celebration with our closest loved ones.

Question

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Absolutely! Children are welcome to attend the ceremony—especially those who have a special role in it. We love having them be part of this meaningful moment. However, for the reception (particularly the dance party), we recommend making arrangements for little ones to head home or have childcare, as the evening will be lively and geared toward adults. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a fun and comfortable atmosphere for everyone!

Question

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire: Think polished and elegant, but not overly formal—perfect for celebrating in comfort and style. Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), so we recommend bringing a warm layer such as a blazer, cropped jacket, or shawl. For Women: Cocktail dresses, long dresses, or a dressy pantsuit. For Men: A suit or blazer paired with dress pants and a button-down shirt. Ties are optional. Aim for a refined look that feels comfortable for an evening of love and celebration. Here are our wedding colors—feel free to use them as inspiration! (Dusty Blue, Sage Green, grey, silver, and black). The grass will be soft, so maybe rethink the stilettos.

Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM, so we recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to get settled and enjoy the beautiful setting. The venue has plenty of parking, and the walk from the lot is short, easy, and wheelchair accessible. Please note: the drive out to the venue often takes longer than GPS estimates due to country roads, traffic, and occasional construction—so plan a little extra time for a smooth arrival.

Question

WHAT ARE THE WEATHER EXPECTATIONS FOR THE WEDDING DAY?

Answer

On October 1st in Caldwell, Idaho, you can usually expect cool, comfortable fall weather—average highs around 73°F and lows near 48°F. Most days are clear with only a small chance of rain. That said, Idaho loves to keep us on our toes! Weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend coming prepared with layers and maybe a light jacket—just in case Mother Nature decides to surprise us.

Question

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones be put away during the ceremony so everyone can fully enjoy this special moment with us. We’ve hired an amazing photographer to capture every detail, so you won’t miss a thing! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to snap as many photos and videos as you’d like—we’d love to see your memories too!

Question

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Answer

We’re so grateful you’re making the trip to share this special day. To make planning easier, we’ve included a list of recommended hotels and accommodations on the Travel page, complete with links for each location. You’re welcome to choose any place that works best for you—our suggestions are just here to help make your search a little simpler.

Question

WHAT ARE THE FOOD AND DRINK SERVICES?

Answer

Food and drinks will not be served during the ceremony. However, join us immediately afterward for a cocktail hour starting at 4:45 PM, featuring refreshing beverages and delicious appetizers. Dinner will follow at approximately 6:30 PM, served buffet-style. Enjoy our open bar offering beer, wine, and signature cocktails throughout the evening.
