Our wedding is a semi-formal wedding in the mountains. The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather depending. As mountain weather is often variable, and colder than seasonally expected, please be prepared to dress for potentially windy, cool, or inclement weather. The reception will be held indoors.

IMPORTANT NOTES Due to the Golden Eagle Express Gondola incident at KHMR, the location of the wedding ceremony and reception has changed. Instead of being held at the Eagle's Eye Restaurant, the ceremony will now be held at Mid-Mountain, at the top of the Catamount Chairlift and the reception will now be held at Whitetooth Grill located at the base of the resort. Please note that on the day of the wedding, the Catamount Chairlift loads at 3:00 pm for the 3:30 pm ceremony. Guests will download from the ceremony site at 4:30 pm, to arrive to Whitetooth Grill for the 5:30 pm cocktail hour. Guests will receive a 2-day lift ticket for the Catamount Chair to access the ceremony as well as to visit the bear refuge on either the day before the wedding or the day after. Please select your choice of appetizer and main course. A dietary option is available to those with dietary needs.
