Is there a hotel block?

Yes! We've reserved rooms at Hilton Anatole. Details are on the Travel and Lodging page. We have also listed alternate hotels nearby.

Is transportation provided?

Yes, we will have a shuttle from the venue to the hotel. Ride-share is encouraged as parking is limited.

We love all your kids, but to keep the party vibe going only immediate family are allowed children. Babies under 12 months are welcome! We are excited to have parents have a night out.

Yes, Texas BBQ will be provided as well as an open bar consisting of craft beer, selection of wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and two signature cocktails.
