Please arrive to the venue 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time of 4 pm. The venue is on a large plot of land and once you arrive at the address you will drive a few miles down a dirt road, therefore the arrival ETA will not be accurate.
The ceremony is down a long pathway into the forest on the river. For anyone with difficulty walking up and down stairs there is a golf cart available to transport to and from the ceremony. You can let us know on your arrival if you need assistance. Also, plan shoes accordingly!
We love your kiddos but we ask that you make other arrangements for them for our wedding, thank you for understanding.

Kingston Downs is a beautiful outdoor venue with a river, fields of green, lots of trees and wildlife. We are so excited to be immersed in nature with you all for our special day. Take this into consideration when planning what to wear as majority of the time will be outside. There is a shaded pavilion with bathrooms and we will provide plenty of options to keep everyone as cool as possible throughout the day, but just know that you are all already cool enough ;-)
Under the travel tab we have provided some local hotels and sirport options if you need to fly in for the day, but you can also check out airbnb or vrbo for other accommodations.
We have provided pictures under the 'Attire' tab to help guide you on what to wear. Overall have fun! We want lots of colors and fun prints, still dress up but have fun with it. We only ask that you refrain from casual fabrics and clothes such as jeans, tshirts, and anything black or white. You're gonna look so hot, cant wait for the pics! :-)
