Is the wedding still taking place due to the COVID-19 virus?

Answer

YES! Our celebration of marriage is July 18, 2020 at 2pm CST. Masks will be at your discretion, we will not be supplying them.

Answer

Seating begins at 1:45pm CST. The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm CST.

Answer

The reception will be held indoors (no A/C, it’s a barn-like pavilion) and a short walk from the ceremony on the same property.

Answer

We do not have a registry.

Where is the venue in relation to downtown Nashville?

Answer

Approximately 25 miles due east.

Where are the closest hotels to the wedding venue?

Answer

See the “Travel” section of our website. Mt. Juliet, TN and Lebanon, TN have the closest hotels and are pretty much equal distance to the venue. Mt. Juliet has more choices of restaurants and shopping very close to the hotels.

Is this an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors weather permitting. The reception will be indoors (No A/C, it’s a barn-like pavilion). It’s July in Middle TN, weather, humidity, allergies, and insects all can be a factor. If it rains, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the pavillion.

What should I wear? How formal is the wedding?

Summer casual, the wedding party will be in jeans! Dress for comfort!

What side do I sit on during the ceremony for the Bride & Groom?

Answer

Pick a seat not a side...we’re all family and friends once the knot is tied!

Yes, just don’t make eye contact with them!?!

Is there plenty of parking? How far is the walk to the ceremony?

Answer

There is plenty of parking as soon as you enter the property. The ceremony will take place several hundred feet from the parking lot. There will be a golf cart shuttle for anyone requiring assistance.

What’s the dealio with the reception?

Answer

Bites, Booze, & Bad Dance Moves-TN themed-beer, wine, & moonshine! BYOB if you care for anything else. DJ Sally playing an array of music for fun and dancing. Courtney’s down home cooking served buffet style: Roast Beef, Chicken Parmigiana, Roasted Seasonal Veggies, Green Bean Casserole, Mac ‘N Cheese, Coleslaw, Cornbread, Rolls, Nanner Puddin’, Strawberry Cobble, Ice Tea, & Lemonade. Wedding Cake, Dancing, Corn Hole, Dancing, Connect Four, Dancing, and FUN!

When will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 7:00pm CST. There will be an after party at Coach’s Eastgate Grill in Lebanon, TN at 8:00pm. 6750 Eastgate Blvd., Lebanon, TN. (Coach’s was impacted by the Nashville tornado. It is scheduled to reopen on 7/1. Should there be a change in venue, it will be announced at the reception).
