Getting to Bar Harbor By Plane or Bus
Bar Harbor can be tricky to get to. In our opinion, the best option is to fly into Portland, ME or Boston, MA then do the final leg via rental car. However, there are closer airports and bus options as well (see "View" below).

Where Should You Stay?
We have not reserved a hotel block and you are free to choose wherever you want to stay. We encourage you to stay near Bar Harbor for convenience to driving to the ceremony (Otter Point, https://www.nps.gov/acad/planyourvisit/sand-beach-otter-point.htm) and reception (Sweet Pea, https://www.sweetpeascafemaine.com). We will be staying in an AirBNB (12 Abby Lane, Bar Harbor, Maine). If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out - Alexis loves logistics.

Portland Airport
We think the best option is to fly into Portland, Maine and rent a car, then take a scenic drive along the coast to Down East!

This is a very small airport with a limited flight selection, but reliably runs to Boston.
