Camping guests have a weekend itinerary provided with there wedding invitations outlining times of arrival. Nothing on the Itinerary is set in stone besides the start times for the wedding on Saturday, everything else is an estimate to ensure everything is fit into the weekend. Camping weekend Guests may arrive anytime after 2:30pm on Friday. NO ARRIVALS on Saturday for camp set up unless given permission specifically by Bride and Groom.
No you do not. You are free to go home or stay elsewhere. Be advised that if you wish to only sty the night after the wedding, you will need to reach out to the Bride or Groom to receive time information on when you are able to set up camp Saturday morning. All other Guests are expected to leave the Venue after the reception has concluded.
If you have children and do not have child care, reach out to the Bride or Groom to see if there are accommodations. We recommend finding child care but if that is not an option we do understand and would appreciate you reaching out.
