Things To Do

We're so excited to share our favorite place with you...

The Beach

Visit Amelia Island's beautiful beaches! There are many public beach accesses as you drive down the island on the A1A. A few notable beach accesses with lots of parking are Main Beach Park, Burney Park Beach Access, and (our favorite) Scott Road Beach Access. Fort Clinch State Park has miles of more private beaches with a park fee of $6/car.

Fort Clinch State Park

2601 Atlantic Avenue, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034
, (904) 277-7274

Explore miles of beautiful hiking and biking trails, relax on the miles of beaches within the state park, or take a tour of the Civil War fort!

Fernandina Beach Golf Club

2800 Bill Melton Road, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034
, (904) 310-3175

There are many (4?) golf courses on the island. This is just one of them; it is definitely the cheapest and least exclusive! It's Andrew's favorite place to golf. Will he be there the morning of the wedding? We'll have to see.

Downtown Fernandina Beach

Beautiful downtown Fernandina Beach is full of art and antique shops, boutiques, breweries, bars, restaurants, and historical houses.

Mocama Beer Company

629 South 8th Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034
, (904) 456-9088

Abby and Andrew's favorite brewery BY FAR. Try their smoothie sour.

The Tavern by AIBC

318 Centre Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034

Another great brewery right in the center of downtown with some great food as well.

Beech Street Grill

Abby and Andrew's favorite restaurant in town!
