Andrew and Abbey met in 2022 during a Growth Track class at Trinity Church in Lubbock. Andrew began volunteering in the AVL department while Abbey continued volunteering in the worship team department. Two years passed as they continue being friends, and Abbey finally got the courage to share her feelings with Andrew about how she felt about him. She started having a crush and once she shared her feelings, Andrew felt the same way. They began dating in July of 2024. Soon after though, Abbey began walking through a hard season and felt she couldn't be in a relationship on top of everything. She called off the relationship and Andrew and Abbey went back to being friends. About three months after, Abbey's life started lightening up, and she still had feelings for Andrew, and did Andrew for Abbey. In late November of 2024, Abbey and Andrew got back together and have been inseparable since! Now in 2025, Andrew popped the question and asked her to marry him July 3rd, and she said YES! Now they are in full wedding planning mode, while also buying a home.
