Please either accept or decline your invitation by September 20th. We want to ensure that there is an appropriate amount of food, as well as seating!
If you need to change your RSVP, please contact Phoebe at 619-841-8658.
Our guest list is limited to those listed on your invitation or when you RSVP. If you do not see a guest on your invitation or when responding to the RSVP, then we have not made accommodations for an additional guest.
Yes! We invite our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. Gentlemen, this could mean a suit, blazer, sweater, or dress shirt with dress pants. Ladies, a mid-length cocktail dress or dressy separates would be ideal. Jeans do not satisfy the dress code. If you would like further guidance or a second look at your ideas, please reach out to Phoebe at 619-841-8658.
While we do love our pacific northwest weather and the fall season, we are hopeful that our ceremony can be outdoors. With that being said, it will be November and chilly, so please plan accordingly. If it rains, we are able to have our ceremony indoors instead. Our reception will be indoors regardless of weather.
Food is very important to us!! We have chosen the following buffet-style menus: Appetizer -Charcuterie table Dinner proteins -Pesto chicken -Steak bites in bordelaise Dinner sides -Arugula salad with dried cranberries, pepitas, roasted delicata squash, and feta cheese -Vegetable medley -Roasted yukon gold potatoes with garlic and herbs Dessert -S’mores bar
There will be beer and wine available during cocktail hour and through dinner. After dinner, no more alcohol will be available. Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol to the venue, including the parking lot.
We will not be taking an immediate honeymoon and have decided to plan a trip next year to celebrate our marriage. We also recently started moving into a bigger home, and we are in the process of updating the house and our furniture. If you feel inclined, you are welcome to contribute to our funds. There will be a designated box for any cards or contributions. Andrew would like me to add that we love our founding fathers, especially Benjamin Franklin.
We ask all guests to keep their phones put away during the ceremony. We have put a lot of effort into choosing an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our day. It means a lot to us that our guests are present in the moment without focusing on getting a picture on a phone.
