There was a time that for some extra money I took a part-time job tending bar at The Ship n Shore in North Tonawanda. It just so happened that this was less than 2 miles from Andy's house. I only worked one night a week..... Tuesdays with Tina. Now Tuesdays were never a busy night at The Ship so I would keep myself entertained by playing my favorites on the jukebox. On one particular evening, I had just finished picking my selections and a moment or two after that 2 gentlemen ( Andy & Simmy) came walking in the door. I was so happy that I now had some company. As my song began to play on the jukebox the one man (Andy) asked with excitement..... "Who played this song?" I said "I did, this is one of my favorite artists Dallas Green. Why do you know it?" The amazing smile that grew on his face was priceless. Good looking, a great smile and he also loves Dallas Green?? Wow, I was pretty floored but trying to keep my cool. He and Simmy would come in here and there and I was pursued, however, I was not ready to date anyone at the time. Timing it turns out is everything. About a year and a half later I ran into Simmy while out with my girlfriend. I had some courage and asked Simmy what his friend Andy had been up to and gave him my number to give to Andy. Not too long after that, we started to keep in touch with each other. Andy asked me to go to a Billy Talent concert with him at the Rapids Theater. After much thinking and debating, I decided to go with him because: A. We both love music and B. How could I say No!!! We had so much fun on that first date and have been joined at "The Hip" ever since. God put us on this amazing path together and together with his love and our faith in him, Andy myself and my son Devin are ready to start our journey through life together. We are excited to share this special journey with our family and friends.
