What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4pm. Please arrive at the Indian Wells Golf Resort by 3:30pm as there will be shuttles taking guests from the lobby to the ceremony lawn from 3:30pm-3:55pm. Last shuttle will be at 3:55pm.

How do I get to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a shuttle for those staying at the Renaissance Esmeralda Hotel to Indian Wells Golf resort from 3:15-3:45pm. It is a 1-minute ride, so those staying at another hotel/Airbnb please Uber/Lyft to the venue by 3:30pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal attire. Gowns, cocktail dresses or jumpsuits for women and suits of your choice (ties optional) for men. Please note both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on grass.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in Palm Desert will be comfortable to warm in early March. Daytimes can reach a high of 72°F (22°C) to a low of 46°F (8°C) in the nighttime. As we will be in the desert, there is an evening breeze - we recommend packing a mix of spring & fall attire and jackets for the cooler mornings/evenings.
