Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love for our guests to dress their best with us and wear Black-Tie Optional attire. What is Black-Tie Optional? For women, we recommend elegant floor length or midi gowns, or tailored jumpsuits. It is summer, so feel free to embrace your colorful side! Question

I forgot to RSVP by the deadline, now what?

Answer

Unfortunately, we need to submit a final headcount to our vendors within the timeframe they require, so if you miss the RSVP deadline, you will be marked as "unable to attend". We are sorry we will be unable to accommodate additional guests after the RSVP deadline. Thank you for understanding and you will be missed!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know of any dietary restrictions and food allergies before the event. You will be able note them on your RSVP. The Hamilton Manor will make accommodations.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence on our special day is already such a special gift and we expect nothing more. If you do wish to honor us with a gift, a monetary gift would be graciously accepted to support our future endeavors. However, if you do prefer giving physical gifts, we are registered at Williams Sonoma, Amazon, Crate and Barrel, and Zola. Please see the Registry tab for a comprehensive list of items.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity constraints, we regret that we're unable to accommodate additional guests at this time. Only if your invitation says “and Guest,” may you bring a date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, we are asking guests refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

We are only providing a shuttle service between the Homewood Suites and the venue, ensuring convenient transportation for our guests. Please see the Travel tab for specific information.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking both behind and on the south side of the venue. However, please be aware the Hamilton Manor does not allow any overnight parking.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors at the Gazebo. There is a paved walkway, but guests will be seated on the grass, so please dress appropriately. Should it be too hot or raining, the ceremony will be held indoors at the Barn. Both the Cocktail Hour and Reception will be indoors.
