While we would truly love to have everyone we care about join us on our special day, the venue can only accommodate the specific guests listed on each invitation. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Attire: Semi-formal Our wedding theme is country rustic so we kindly ask our guests to dress up for our big day while remaining comfortable. For the gentlemen, jeans are welcome; however, we ask that they be free of any holes or distressing. As our celebration will take place outdoors on a lawn during a cooler time of year, we encourage everyone to dress appropriately for the weather. Heaters will be provided.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at August Meadows in Hilmar. Address: 18639 August Ave, Hilmar, CA 95324, United States.
When you enter the property, continue straight past the home. As you approach the small vineyard and the building, you’ll see a designated parking area on the left-hand side. The ceremony will be held on the opposite side of the building from the parking area. Please take your time driving down the driveway so we can respect the venue’s orchard and homeowner, and help keep dust to a minimum.
We are thrilled to have two amazing photographers capturing our special day and can’t wait to share the photos with our guests! During the ceremony, please be mindful not to get in the way of our photographers as they have a list of requested shots from the bride and groom. During the reception, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like—just don’t forget to share them!
The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM sharp. We kindly ask that our guests arrive no later than 2:45 PM to allow time for parking, walking to the ceremony location, and finding your seat.
