What is the dress code?

Answer

Black- Tie Preferred. For men, this means wearing a tuxedo, white dress shirt, black bow tie, and dress shoes. If you prefer, a dark suit with a dark tie is also acceptable. Women should wear a floor-length gown. Please let us know if you have any questions!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guest arrival is 5 PM to ensure you have time to find your seat and settle in. Ceremony begins at 5:30 PM.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own unless we have specified differently on your invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love kids! But unfortunately, this is an adult only wedding with the exception of immediate family children. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Will there be food and alcohol?

YES! Please come hungry and ready to party!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be outside in a partially covered courtyard. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your venue?

Answer

There is complimentary on-site valet parking at the Vie. Also, a trolley will be making 2 trips to the venue from the hotels that can fit 30-40 guests per trip and the same trolley will bring guests back to the hotel at the end of the night. Otherwise, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft :)

I need overnight accommodations. Where do you recommend I stay?

Please refer to the 'Hotel Blocks' tab. We have 2 hotel blocks at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel and Canopy by Hilton Philadelphia Center City. There is valet parking at both hotels as well as parking garages nearby. Please reach out if you have any questions.

What if I don't have time to check into my hotel the day of the wedding before heading to the venue? Where do I get ready?

Answer

Please visit the front desk of your hotel. Both hotels have accommodations for you to change and get ready. They can also hold your luggage until you are able to check into your room.

I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do in Philadelphia?

Answer

Please refer to the 'Things To Do' tab. There's recommendations of everything from food and drinks, to historical landmarks, to fun activities. Please reach out if you have any further questions.

Yes, of course!

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

We are registered with Zola, Bloomingdales, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, and Amazon. All websites are linked on the 'Registry' tab.

Can I give a cash gift instead of purchasing from a registry?
