When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP No later than August 28th 2022.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, there is a black tie optional dress code. We want you to get fancy with us! What does that mean? It means suits and the optional tux for the gentlemen as well as long evening or elevated cocktail dresses for the ladies. But please, wear the nicest clothes you have easiest access to! Refer to the wedding guest attire infographic if you need any inspiration!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony no later than 4:45 to ensure everything can run smoothly!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have worked hard to create a wedding guest list that includes our closest family and friends. Unless we have specifically added a guest in your invitation, we will not be allowing our guests to bring an extra guest with them. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love and adore all children in our life, we are only inviting a few close family members’ children. Thank you for understanding and we are excited to celebrate with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend any of the hotels listed on our ‘travel’ page as they are the closest to the venue. Airbnb’s while they are available are at least 20 minutes for the venue so plan travel time accordingly!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please feel free to let us know of any and all food allergies or preferences so that we can make the proper accommodations! We want all of our guests to feel included!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot for both the ceremony and reception as well as a golf cart to help our guests make it to the venue!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do not have transportation booked for that time, although Uber and Lyft do drive over to the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an optional “Welcome Event” which is optional to anyone who is already in town and would like to celebrate with us that weekend. Information will be updated on the wedding website schedule.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means that during the ceremony we ask that alll devices are powered off and put away. We’ve hired an excellent photographer to capture the ceremony so that you may enjoy being in the moment with us! After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you’d like and use the disposable cameras and Polaroid guest book.

Is this an Indoors or Outdoors event?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be located outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies please plan to wear appropriate footwear for walking in the grass. The reception will be held in a covered area where heaters will be provided if the weather is too chilly.
