I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to us and we will let the caterer know. Feel free to also write any requests on the RSVP card.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and the Comfort Inn at the Park - Hershey. Both are located in Hummelstown, PA, which is a 5-10 minute drive from the venue. The Holiday Inn can be reached at (717) 583 - 0500. The Comfort Inn can be reached at (717) 566 - 2050. Reservations must be made no later than June 19th to receive the discount! All of this information can also be found on the back of your invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be ample parking at the venue. However, there is no overnight parking, so if you plan on drinking, please take advantage of our shuttle buses.

Where will the ceremony be?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at Historic Acres of Hershey.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have hired two large shuttle buses to take people to the ceremony from both hotels. They will be departing at 2:20 pm sharp! Those shuttles will also be there to take people back to the hotels after the reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3 pm. If you are taking advantage of our shuttles, they will be departing at 2:20 pm sharp. If you are driving yourself to the venue, plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early to find a seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire, black tie optional. Keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside on grass, so ladies might not want to wear spike heels.
