Guest Arrival & Welcome Drinks
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Guests begin arriving at the farm. Please make your way to the ceremony area overlooking the cattle pastures, where you can enjoy welcome drinks and take in the beautiful surroundings before the ceremony begins.
Seating for Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Please find your seats in the ceremony area. The view of the cattle pastures will be the perfect backdrop as we get ready for the ceremony to begin.
Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Vows will be exchanged as the sun begins to set, making this moment even more magical.
Post-Ceremony Photos & Guest Mingling
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Following the ceremony, we’ll take some time for family and wedding party photos. Guests are invited to enjoy light appetizers and drinks in the reception area (located in the pecan orchard behind the barn). There will also be lawn games to enjoy while you wait.
Reception & Dinner
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Please find your assigned seat under the trees in the pecan orchard as we kick off the reception! After the toasts, dinner will be served in a buffet style.
Cake Cutting
7:00 pm - 7:45 pm
After dinner, we’ll cut the cake! You will have the opportunity to choose the cake flavor of your choice! The farm’s open-air vibe will create the perfect setting for a memorable evening.
Dancing Under the Stars
7:45 pm - 10:00 pm
Join us in front of the barn for dancing under the stars! Don't hesitate to request your favorite song.
Farewell & Send-Off
10:00 pm - 10:30 pm
As the evening winds down, we’ll have a special send-off to conclude the celebration. Guests are invited to share a final dance.
