Welcome Party - Garden Attire: Dress shirt and tie, polo shirt, cocktail dresses and long sundresses Ceremony/Reception - Formal Attire: Suits, elevated cocktail dresses, mid to floor length dresses, light and bright colors, patterns, florals (summer atmosphere rather than fall) Sunday Brunch - Casual

Can I bring a date?

We would love to invite everyone, however, we are limited with a specific guest count. Please bring only guests named on the invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please specify when you RSVP under "dietary restrictions" while choosing your meal(s)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely, under your RSVP, your children's name will be listed.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Crystal Clipper Chairlift before 2:30 pm for a scenic chairlift ride to the Mountain Top Deck for the ceremony. You will need to sign a quick waiver in order to ride the chairlift. There is a bathroom at the top of the hill. For guests with children under 2 years old or physically unable to ride the chairlift, please contact Caroline Harvitt for separate transportation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Lot I and Lot L are the closest parking lots to the Crystal Clipper Chairlift (chairlift will take you to the Mountain Top Deck for the ceremony) and the Pavilion Tent space (reception)
